How is the delivery time calculated?

Estimated Delivery Date = Order Processing + Transit Time

When processing with your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

Order Processing: After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order. Our Product will  process often takes 01 – 04 business days.

Transit Time (Included Processing Time): Delivery carriers have now implemented social distancing policies. This means that during your delivery you will no longer be asked to sign an electronic device on delivery and their staff will not physically hand the parcel to you

How much is the shipping charge?

United States: Standard Shipping ( 03 – 07 Business Days): $4.99, no cost shipping for next additional items.

The rest of the world – International Shipping: Standard Shipping (07-14 Business days): $14.99, no cost shipping for next additional items.

Please Note:

  1. The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.
  2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
  4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
  5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  6. We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
  • A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
  • Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • International Shipping: Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

What If The Item(S) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Please contact our Customer Support Team to start the exchange process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number
  • In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
