Our refund policy lasts 30 days of order delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All items are made to order - this means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you. Because of these items’ nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Larvincy Jewel does not accept return and exchange requests for any reason as our products are customized and printed on demand. At Larvincy Jewel, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or a printing quality issue. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us or email us at support@larvincyjewel.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including proof of the received item. We will get back to you within 12 hours Monday - Friday. Your happiness is very important to us! If your claim is approved, we can issue a refund or provide you with a replacement free of charge. Caution: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
  • Damage caused by accident
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
  • Aftermarket modification

Refund time

We will give a full refund of your receipt (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee). All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Depending on the form of payment, you will receive your refund within:
  • Paypal: 3 to 5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Card: You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
