ALLOWED TIMELINE TO CANCEL ORDER
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Please note that once you have placed (an) orders with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Therefore, it is impossible to cancel or change your order after 12 hours from the time you placed the order.

We will get back to you within 12 hours Monday – Friday. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
IMPORTANT NOTES: When you place an order, the system will automatically send you an order confirmation email. Please carefully check the information used, avoid the case of wrong address and wrong items. We are not responsible for your mistakes when the order goes into production. (after 12 hours since you place your order)
GET REFUND WHEN CANCELING ORDER
Once the cancellation request is accepted, we will issue a refund to you immediately, the refund will be paid through the method you used to pay. See our Refund Policy
